When we talk about warranty and we promise guaranteed articles, we intend a complete warranty for all our customers. The ability and the experience of our skilled craftsmen and the high quality, that we can assure, allow us to give our customer a warranty of 18 months on each purchased item.

Each article is guaranteed so that, in case of damage under the normal use (see: sales conditions), our company will be able to refund the entire cost as if the items were new -by previous verification by our staff- or we give the possibility to the customer to change the first article with a different one of equal value.

We have made a commercial choice which allows us to benefit all our customers.

Our reliability permits us to offer all of this to satisfy the customers. We can state that our customers have never had any type of problem until now.

Another warranty that we can grant is the excellent relation quality-price: we don't cooperate with intermediaries so we can offer original leather shoes -as shown in the certificate of company authenticity- at a very unique price.

We are able to guarantee the item because the design, the planning and the implementation are entirely made in Italy and the raw materials -such as the original hides- are completely produced in our country.
