1. You can make an online purchase using the proper online form which is available on our web site, clicking on the option "purchase". This form must be entirely filled in each part in order to allow the right purchasing procedures.

2. After the sending of the order, the purchase is communicated to our production department by our purchasing office. The office will forward the order within 12 hours to the production department, which will carry it out. This procedure is efficient on following up the chronological order. In case of different orders arrived on the same date, priority is given MENGOLI CARD holders.

3. Our company doesn't produce its footwear by means of a serial or industrial production; we don't use any production chain and normally we don't store our articles. In fact the stocks are rarely carried out and they do not exceed 30 pairs of shoes.
Each item is produced exclusively after the arrival of the customer's order, providing always high quality and exclusive shoes.
Our production is based on the hand-made creation and the use of the machinery occurs only on those phases of processing that need greater precision for particular materials and/or during the assemblies.
